Exhibitors
We welcome exhibitors to this continuing medical educational activity. An exhibit fee of $2,000 for July 6-10, 2008, will be assessed for one exhibit table. Exhibitors may set up at 6:00 pm on July 5th and must tear-down at 10:30 am on July 10, 2008. Please be advised that the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) has restrictions on the promotion of investigational and pre-approved drugs and devices. You can obtain specific information from the FDA at the website: http://www.fda.gov/cder/ddmac/
